Personalized and Efficient Rock Breaking Bit Selection and Application in TUZ Block

摘要: 近年随着 TMG油田增储上产需要,TUZ区块深井逐步增加,勘探开发难度不断增大。因此在保证井身质量的同时,优选出地层适应能力强、穿夹层性能好、抗研磨性强的个性化高效破岩钻头,提高机械钻速,缩短施工周期,安全快速完成钻井作业,是 TUZ区块提速上产的重要途径。文章通过TUZ区块已用钻头调研,从降低施工扭矩和钻压、增加岩屑导流面积、强化稳定切削和延长钻头工作寿命等方面考虑,对PDC钻头复合片进行梯度合金齿技术处理,通过抗冲击性复合片技术和针对性个性化钻头设计的优势结合,实现PDC钻头切削材料性能的提高和钻井施工极端环境的延展,对比优选出个性化高效破岩钻头序列,并以优选出的钻头在该区块的施工数据为实例,为该油田区块后期高效勘探开发提供了一个选择方向,具有较好的现场施工指导作用。

Abstract:

In recent years, with the need of increasing reserves and production in TMG oilfield, deep wells in TUZ block are gradually increasing. Meanwhile, the difficulty of exploration and development is increasing. Therefore, while ensuring the quality of the wellbore, it is an important way for TUZ block to optimize the personalized and efficient rock breaking bit with strong adaptability to the formation, good performance of penetrating interlayers and strong abrasion resistance, improve the ROP, shorten the construction period and complete the drilling operation safely and quickly. Based on the investigation of the bits used in TUZ block, this paper compares and optimizes the personalized and efficient rock breaking bit sequence from the aspects of reducing the construction torque and WOB, increasing the cuttings diversion area, strengthening the stable cutting and prolonging the working life of the bit. The PDC bit composite piece is processed with gradient alloy teeth technology. Combining the advantages of impact-resistant composite sheet technology and targeted personalized bit design to achieve the improvement of PDC bit cutting material performance and the extension of the extreme environment of drilling construction, comparison and optimization of personalized and efficient rock-breaking bit sequence. Taking the construction data of the optimized bit in this block as an example, it provides a choice for the later efficient exploration and development of this oilfield block. This has a good guiding role on site construction.
